The role of OPERATION WE FIND YOU is to PROACTIVELY serve the increasingly complex challenges that our Soldiers are up against upon his/her TRANSITION to the Civilian world.
We raise funds by asking businesses and families to donate their bills through our platform. This means, a business or family can pay the same or less for their essential bills like electricity, television, internet, security, and more, and as they pay their bills each month, a small portion of those bills comes to OWFU as RAISED FUNDS to help a Soldier in need with his/her living expenses!

Sargent Roy M. Pereira is our Veteran Founder. He brings years of Military experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization growth and success. Understanding transitional needs of our Veterans and our Wounded Warriors serving since 2000 .

Executive Director
Ray Hewitt is our Dynamic Driven Force. Ray is highly driven in finding solutions for our Veteran community. Always living his mission of giving back. Ray's philanthropy minded leadership coordinates unique Networking Events.
EVELYN PEREIRA
Vice President
Evelyn Pereira is a Military Spouse. She was leader of the FRG and has lived along side of her husband and has full understanding of the needs of our Military Veteran Families.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of OPERATION WE FIND YOU is to serve the overwhelming needs of US Military personnel who are on Active Duty or Former Duty ( for their service) who may be experiencing difficulty with his/her transition into civilian life.
Operation We Find You shall strive to provide relief by providing financial resources and proactive guidance to reduce the difficulty if this process.
